Gardner Dentists Llc's Online Review Report Card

I went to this office as a new patient and unfortunately did not have a great experience. When Dr. Haworth introduced himself, he came across as very cold and didn’t take the time to explain anything. After a quick exam, I was told I needed a significant amount of dental work, but nothing was clearly walked through with me and I wasn’t shown my X-rays at the appointment. I ended up calling later to request my X-rays, and I’m really glad I did because I chose to get a second opinion. That second opinion was very different and ultimately saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in treatment that was not recommended elsewhere. I understand that dental approaches can vary, but as a patient, it’s important to feel informed and to have things clearly explained, especially when it involves major procedures and costs. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was when I asked for a protective covering before X-rays, and it felt like my request was brushed off as “unnecessary”, which didn’t sit right with me. Even if something is considered “outdated”, patient comfort should still matter. I will say the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, overall, the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsure, and I personally felt much more comfortable seeking care elsewhere.

Going in for a root canal and crown I was expecting a familiar amount of pain and discomfort - I was very surprised when the closest I was to pain was the numbing shot. 10/10 - great experience.

1st time patient & I DO NOT see why such great reviews. They drew me in & the experience was awful! 1st collected payment for work to be done before you get it done. Never experienced this. Dr came in rough drilled & filled a filling & prepped a tooth for a crown, got up & left & never said another word. Not even a thank you for your business, have a nice day NOTHING. CAME BACK for the crown itself 2 weeks later and the stench in my mouth & taste I HAVE NEVER experienced with other crowns the assistant said, oh its normal saliva & food in there starts bacteria & decay. YES, FROM AN ILL FITTING TEMPORARY. Did not instill confidence. Instead of disinfecting it she wiped it with a cotton swab then dr placed the crown. It too was awful, thick, shapeless blob in my mouth I now have to have another dentist fix bcz yet again, as soon as he put it in my mouth he got up & walked away. Not another word & left the assistant to scrape off a little cement & send me on my way. Awful service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Left there twice feeling as if I didn't matter, get em in & out. Slap something in there & get the next one in the seat. AWFUL!

Today is Wednesday 2-4-2026. I have been entrusting My Dental Care to Gardner Dental for a while now. I love getting my teeth cleaned and polished there. I Paid $250. On a Gold Crown. With a Remaining Balance Of $303. I wondered why what my Insurance paid for a Regular Crown wasn't being Deducted. Every time I called Ms. Carissa said that I owe $503. I was really sick and was going to the Doctor when I was told to come in afterwards to get my Procedure Started. I said I am going Home and Praying that I can make it there Safely.

Ridiculously over priced for average dental care. Yes, they have a nice beautiful office and some seriously over the top "happy" office staff. The service and quality of care arent worth the price. Kind of feels like it's the "McDonald's" of dental care. Get in, get out without much more than a convenient location to drive business.

I credit gardner dentists and all their staff for both of my kids LOVING the dentist. They are both legit excited to go at 3 and 8. Also everything is super clean and all the hygenists are very detailed and friendly. They are super accommodating when we needed to move our appointment up insurance reasons. Highly recommend.

Office staff is lacking in basic knowledge and common courtesy. They offer clinical advice without seeking the opinion of the dentist.

A very bad experience. The lady with the tattoos is very rude and hateful!!! Not a nice person at all. She is very mean and evil!!!

I’ve been coming here for several years and I’ve always been seen quickly. It doesn’t matter if it was for a scheduled appointment or last minute phone call due to an emergency. Everyone is friendly, polite and eager to help. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
