All 3 of my kids go here. Both of the doctors, plus their staff are amazing. I first heard of the office through Dr Applegate, who was one of the original opthamaligists. Highly statified & will recommend to anyone!

My son has been wearing glasses for 5 years. We just moved to Hays from Arizona & I was nervous about getting settled with a new eye doctor. I didn’t need to be! Dr. Pokorny was wonderful. I was very impressed with how thorough he was (and I’d like to add that I’ve been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and I’m an RN, so all of this is not new to me). I am pretty certain this was the best eye exam I’ve ever witnessed. The office staff was all amazing as well! They went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us have the best experience possible. I will be scheduling appointments for the rest of my family soon!

Dr. Pokorny is one of the best ophthalmologists I've ever been too. Thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
