Dr Holweger is fantastic. Takes all the time you need to get your questions answered. First eye surgery was a great success. Confident the 2nd eye will be as well. Great experience.

When I found out I needed cataract surgery, Dr. Holweger was recommended to me. His excellent surgical skills have produced remarkable results for me. I am grateful first of all to God, then to Dr. Holweger and his office staff. I would also like to send a big shout out to the Northwest Kansas Surgery Center. I have been totally impressed every time I have been a patient there. Their professionalism, efficiency, patient care and follow-up have been part of my every surgery.

I would recommend Dr. Holweger to my family and friends. He has great knowledge and gives exceptional care.

My experience with him was fantastic. He was very professional and curteous. The hospital was super clean. The staff and nurses were very curteous and professional. I went from very cloudy vision to almost perfect vision with no glasses.

When you finally get to see him, Dr. Holweger is a friendly and courteous doctor who explains well what is wrong with you, but the wait times to get to see him are absurd. On my latest visit, it took well over an hour and a half for the doctor to see me. What is perhaps the most infuriating part of the experience is the way that the nurses breeze you through the routine parts only to lead you to a second waiting room they have set up elsewhere in the building.

I had right eye cataract surgery and was completely pleased with everything! A few weeks later, I had the right eye done and it was a totally different experience! Apparently the assisting nurse was in training and every time the dr asked for irrigation, she bumped the table and he 'yelled' (yes, yelled!) at ME to stop moving! After the third time I was crying and told him I wasn't moving! By this time I was terrified that 'SHE' was going to cause him to hurt my eye!!! More to say, no space!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Holweger. Very knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon. I have had one cataract removed and am very satisfied.

I had a papilledema in my right eye and Dr. Holweger had me me undergo several tests which ran quite a big medical bill only to find out that nothing was seriously wrong with me. After hearing all the results, I still had the papilledema in my right eye, so I wanted something prescribed to help counter it. After talking to him on the phone, Dr. Holweger sounded as if he had no interesting in helping me get rid of my condition. They scheduled me for an appointment, to which I showed up five minutes early, only to wait there an hour and five minutes past my actual appointment time. Another patient was there with an appointment time fifty minutes after mine and she was actually seen first before me. This service was somewhat rude and extremely unprofessional, and I absolutely do not recommend it for any one.
