Dr. McCoy has been my doctor for 40 years. I trust him. Years and years of horse falls, accidents, rib fractures, broken legs, etc.

Misdiagnosis of the condition (torn rotator cuff). He was argumentative. I went to a different doctor who surgically repaired the rotator cuff.

He made no attempt to fully diagnose my knee injury, did not explain anything or answer any questions, and is the most disrespectful, arrogant, and condescending human. have ever met. He doesn't care about his patients. I believe He should not be a doctor, regardless of qualifications.

He has performed 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement on me and I have had no pain or problems since. He is a top notch surgeon. His bedside manners are lacking but I don’t have to live with him. I’ve talked to many people who’ve had surgeries like mine who’ve experienced continued problems and I feel lucky to have an excellent surgeon. He doesn’t Prescribe adequate post-operative pain medication, however. I’ve always needed more pain medication for a few days following surgery.

Dismissed my injury, took no x-rays, then charged an exorbitant fee. I was left walking on a broken ankle until I found another doctor who did an MRI and competently cared for me.

I don't go to Dr. Mccoy because he is a friend or a nice guy. He treats me fairly and is candid. He's a busy man and I appreciate him getting to me as a patient as fast as he can. He has operated on my knees three times over the years and I am very satisfied with his work. Yes, his bedside manner can be gruff but he is not a therapist. Good Doctor and I'm hoping he never retires.

If there was a way to leave zero stars, I would. he is extremely arrogant and rude. He talks to people as though everyone is beneath him and everyone, except, he is stupid. He will not take the time to explain anything. He expects you to accept his rude short non-answers without question because he is God and he said so.
