Every so often you find a doctor that will completely listen to what you have to say...be very thorough in his evaluation and spend the time needed to try to correct your problems/ailments. Dr. Shawn Magee is that kind of doctor. 10 stars!

Dr. Magee is the kindest, most professional pulmonologist. He treated my mother for many years for lung issues and then COPD. Up until the end Dr. Magee was kind, professional and answered all of our questions in a very understandable way, and was not egotistical as he would consult his partners. He has a wonderful bed-side manner. My family will always be grateful to Dr. Magee for the wonderful care he gave our mother.

When no other doctor would LISTEN to me, Dr. Magee did! I had hit hard times, wound up in the hospital, no doctors would listen to me about my thoughts regarding MY health! My mother had to seek out HER OWN doctor to get involved with my case. He read everything about me and (shockingly) met with me to learn more about what was happening to me. Thank goodness Dr. Magee is a kind person that cares! I would recommend Dr. Magee to anyone.

I had to go for a sleep study at the Stormont Vail Sleep Center. I went almost 4 weeks ago and I have called 3 times.for my results. Today I found out that The Dr had prescribed a C-pap for me 2 weeks ago but no one had bothered to call me. I am furious. I would never suggest anyone use this doctor. I'm glad I wasn't needing treatment for something life threatening.

I really like Dr Magee. He is very helpful and if you think of something that might work for you he will take your suggestion and try it. He is very caring and even though he is on me for my smoking, I know he is only thinking of my health. He is geniune, I wish more Dr.s could have his bedside manner.
