Xray, physical therapy and I still had pain. Next they wanted to do an MRI and did not send complete information to insurance. They said they would call insurance but never did. I am stuck with daily pain and having to find another doctor.

Dr. Repaired my left shoulder and rebuilt my right. Both have greater ROM than expected. My employer did not expect me to be able to return to work. I returned to work with full medical release 15 weeks later. My wife has an appointment with Dr this week.
