My husband and I live locally. 2 months ago the VA sent us to this place for my husband to be seen and to get an x-ray. When we arrived there was nobody in the lobby except for the lady behind the front desk. She asked why we were there and I informed her that the VA sent us for my husband to be seen and get an x-ray. She replied to me that they don't take orders from outside and that he will need to be seen and they will decide if he needed any tests to be done. And for us to have a seat. After a brief wait we were led to an exam room. The next girl that came in did get my husband's vitals but she too informed us that they do not take orders from outside sources and they will decide if he needs an X-ray or not. Word must travel around this place quickly. After waiting for a bit longer another person came in. She was the PA (I don't remember her name) but she too informed us that they do not take orders from outside and that she will decide if he needed to have any tests or x-rays done. She briefly listed to his chest. My husband is 74 years old and has many health issues he was getting extremely frustrated and angry about the way that he was being treated. He said he wanted to leave! I informed the PA that we were leaving right then and there and only at that point did she say she would do an x-ray. But my husband was determined to leave as he did not like that place at all. so we left and I took him to PrairieStar where he did get an x-ray and was given excellent care. After we got home I called his VA medical team and informed them of everything that happened and also informed them that we never want to be sent to that place ever again!

My experience at Xpress was amazing. Was able to get my dad checked in and everything done that we needed in under an hour. Jennifer Edison was pleasant and very patient with us, and we left there smiling. Couldn't ask for a better experience anywhere.

All of the staff were very kind! The receptionist, CMA and physician assistant were all great I came in with road rash across my arm, shoulder, leg and hip due to an accident! Although the most they could do for me is prescribe an antibiotic they took great care of me and cleaned my wounds for me because I couldn’t muster up the courage to do it myself! I did have to go to the doctor after to get further treatment and pain medication but overall it was a worthy call instead of spending over 500$ at the ER. They definitely did an amazing job working with the materials they had!

I needed to be seen right away for an infection in my leg and I was starting a new job in which I would be standing 99% of the time. I was able to go to work and not be in a lot of pain from infection.

I have always had a great experience with Xpress Wellness for myself and my children. Their staff is friendly and being able to check in online definitely saves time! Especially with children, when we could otherwise spend hours waiting in Pediatric walk in at the clinic. The discharge paperwork is always very detailed about ways to manage symptoms, which I appreciate being able to look back at.
