He is very caring and an asset to the medical community in our area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Emery's for many years. I find that regardless of what my medical issue is, he listens to me and actually hears what I have to say. I see him treat his patients with kindness, from the children I see in the waiting room to the geriatric like myself. I highly recommend Dr. Emery

My Mother has been battling lung cancer and recently had her left lung collapse and fluid build up. She had had this fluid drawn off twice so decided to go back to Dr. Emery to put a permanent drain tube in. He basically told my Mother to go home, give up and prepare to die. He took all hope when the fluid could actually be pulled and she could get some relief and not suffocate. He then proceeded to preach to her. To an extent that my Mother even asked if he used to be a preacher. This is bull! It’s one thing to be up front and honest with someone and it’s another to take all hope and crush someone’s spirits.

Does not listen to my questions. Explanations are vague.

I had Dr emory for abut 3 yrs 2015 2018.i ask him every visit to please order me a chest scan since 21 yrs earlier I did have lung cancer but was discovered in time to remove and I survived that.he finally orderd a scan for me for aug 29th 2018.I was hospitalized 2 wks ago with stage 4 lung cancer 6 months to live. I was told the cancer had been there for some time before discovery.I wish Dr Emory had ordered an earlier scan I may have had a chance to survive. I never got that aug 29th 2018 scan.dont need it now.Be aware whose care you are under.I doubt if anyone will ever see this review but I have to tell you what happened under Dr.Emory s care of me.thank you.Elizabeth ann smith.Gray tn.

Dr. Emery is the best doctor i have ever seen. I wish he could be my doctor for everything.He is extremely caring and persistent on finding the problem and solution best for you. He knows when to refer you to someone else and genuinely wants to make sure you are taken care of. I even cried in his office once and he was so compassionate.

Dr. Mark Emery is a caring, sincere, soft-spoken man who is always concerned about his patients. He's very thorough and takes time to listen to what you have to say. He may not always be very prompt concerning appointment times but this is because he's with another patient. Perhaps someone has just learned they have cancer. Don't we all want our doctor's undivided attention in such a situation? It's a pity there aren't more doctors like Dr. Emery! He's amazing!

I personally know Dr. Emery and he is top notch quality. He does everything in his power to help the patient.
