Christina Windhorst is a very incompetent optometrist. She told me my eyes were fine after I told her a previous optometrist informed me I had scarring in my eye from histoplasmosis and should keep a watch on that for future eye visits. A year later I’m diagnosed with choroidal neovascularization because of the histoplasmosis scars she said I didn’t have! This woman shouldn’t be allowed to practice. Also she did everything she could to prevent me from taking my eyeglass/contact lens prescription with me. The staff and office manager seemed very embarrassed by her behavior as I couldn’t get my prescription for week after this appointment. It was completely unacceptable behavior from a completely incompetent optometrist.

Was scheduled with her instead of my primary eye doctor due to scheduling issues. When I arrived she looked at my chart and then sent me home without examining me at all. What a waste of time!
