I think he is a good doctor - but wow - his fees are exorbitant! I previously used a prominent dermatologist in Kansas City for over 20 years with visits every six months. When he retired, he referred me to Raj Anand. I never paid more than $70 - $80 dollars after insurance. Raj Anand office charged me $1,400 for a 10 minute visit - mostly with the intern (the doctor came in at the end). My responsibility is nearly $400 dollars, and the visit was very similar to my previous experiences. It was a regular skin check appointment. Buyer beware! I know he doesn't set the prices but that really doesn't matter - this is how you will be charged nonetheless. It's a shame, I think he is a good doctor. There are plenty of good dermatologist in Kansas City that are more reasonably priced.

Dr. Rajpara and his resident Dr. are amazing! After being diagnosed with melanoma at KMC in Topeka I knew there were much better Dr.s out there! I’m so thankful to have found Dr.Rajpara! He treats you as a friend and family wanting the best and answering questions. Not rude and cold like my previous Dr. was. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Rajpara is an excellent dermatologist. He takes my concerns seriously and does thorough assessments. His nurse is easy to get ahold of and they always are willing to work me in accommodating my schedule. His bedside manner is great and he really cares. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the KC area!

If I could give 0 stars I would. He was very rushed, diagnosed me correctly with a common dermatitis. I called back when the ointment he prescribed wasn’t working. So weeks later and two more ointments still not better. I call and they say just keep putting it on. Got a second opinion with Dr Blake in Leawood she was wonderful gave me ointment and oral antibiotics and guess what... it’s 100%! He did not treat me correctly which he should of been able to do since he is a specialist!!

I have seen Dr. Rajpara multiple times and he is always super friendly and seems genuinely happy to be there. He is always really helpful and is willing to discuss different treatment options with me. I would highly recommend him!!

Went to see Dr. Raja on two occasions when my regular dermatologist was not available. On both visits I was passed off to a medical student to do the evaluation. The one time I had to have a mole removed Dr. Raja was not even in the room nor did he follow up with me. I have also found he is a bit more expensive than my other dermatologist at Saint Luke’s. Ultimately, if you want a professional with experience there are much better places to go in Kansas City.
