The staff is friendly but the service was terrible. I was told 7/10 day window and it took over 2 weeks and me showing up physically to the office to receive my blood work. The phones are also disconnected most of the time so you are unable to reach anyone. Do not recommend due to the lack of availability and service needed especially for a health facility.

Do NOT COME HERE. This is not an angry review THIS IS A HONEST 11-18-24 review!!!!! My appointment time was scheduled for 230pm the clinic closed at 5pm as I walk out to make sure I’m still acknowledged im over hearing the medical assistance asking are the patients still here? Is that patient still in the office?”, to where they did not even check they just let the pharm rep jump in front to speak to the doctor then he took up 5-15 mins of her time just for the MA to then direct her to a different room… I’m like the clinic is closed now so what am I to do They looked a said keep waiting she will be too you soon. I asked how if the clinic is closed at 5 pm with schedule er appointment that was at 230pm!!!! Nobody had anything to say ….. They see and spend time on who they want to acknowledge in this establishment. And if you’re not Mexican your really wasting your time.

I normally see Lucia Moreno (and her awesome nurse, Mikela) but have seen Dr. Appl as well. I would say 99.9% of the time, I have had GREAT experiences. I’ve been going to this office for 10-12 years now. Lucia really spends time with you to answer ALL of your questions, as does Mikela. I moved 6 years ago and have to travel more than an hour one way but I won’t switch clinics! I appreciate their attention to detail, the time spent during an office visit and the kind and compassionate staff. Thank you for all you do! ❤️

Receptionist -Tammy is rude. When you call and leave a message for Lucia's clinical staff they don't get back with you. Receptionist won't take messages. When you need a prescription refill you have to leave a message and they don't get it sent in timely even if it's a hard to find medication. Since Providence took over they quality of care has gone down.
