Very knowledgeable, thorough

Dr. Koeing was to schedule Bone Scan. Never done. Have called three times. Calls never returned.

Dr. Koenig's nurse is dismissive and rude. My husband met with the doctor and when the nurse called back with the results that by the way were devastating, she left a voicemail speaking very fast at 4:30 on a Friday. My husband called back the next business day and received another call from the same nurse 2 days later. When he asked questions about his diagnosis she just said I don't know. He asked if he could speak with the doctor or make an appointment and she told him to call back and follow the prompts! She could not even transfer him. It is not like he has a cold! What a shame someone would treat a patient in that way. I will also say, I have NEVER in my 55 years written a bad review on ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with Dr.Koeing his diagnosis was on target proper care was given to me and my pain was gone I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Horrible experience start to finish. I would never recommend Dr. Koening unless you are looking for an arrogant, dismissive doctor. Office staff is a mess too, good luck getting any calls back, ever. I see so many reviews on here that reflect my experience as well - I wish I had checked here first and steered clear! He also talks about his other patients, which is terrible and pointless. You should know your privacy will NOT be protected with this man!!!

Dr. Koening is intelligent but I have dreaded every appointment I've had with him. First off, the administrative aspect of this practice is horrendous. You will never, ever talk to a human if you call. Most of your messages won't be returned, even if your request is urgent. Orders will never, ever be sent when they claim they will be. Add 4-5 days. the Medical Assistant is the root of the problem -- other staff has confirmed this. Patient care is impacted by this issue. Dr. Koening is unprepared -- he clearly spends ZERO time looking at patient charts before engaging with a patient. Fumbles and mumbles. Never answers my questions to a satisfactory level, spends more time telling stories about other patients than he does trying to get to the root of your own issue. I read a review on this page and I know exactly what happened, not because I know the actual person but because he told me the story! He talks about his other patients and THIS IS A PROBLEM! And a HIPPA violation!

I find Dr Koenig to be very professional and helpful over the years. He has given me injections for knee pain. He is friendly, empathetic and doesn’t rush his time. I like his assistant Angie as well. He is one of the only doctors who doesn’t treat his patients as though they are just one more body to get out the door. I truly appreciate his kindness and concern

Dr. Koenig's treatment and concern for me has been very high. He has treaed for many years, and has helped my pains. I would highly recommend him.

I quit going to this office. The staff was very unprofessional. The offices could use a good cleaning.
