List of Eric M. Brown's Reviews
Compassionate, thorough, attentive, - an excellent clinician!
Not requiring masks in waiting area and receptionist never wore mask. (May 2022) Looking for another dentist.Addendum: on the same day I received an apology because of this review by email from Dr. Brown. He indicated they were not aware masks were required in non clinical areas but they reviewed the guidelines, discovered I was right and they are now requiring masks and have posted signs. However it has been over 2 months since the indoor masking guidelines changed so they appear to have been out of compliance for quite some time.Still looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Brown referred me to the Wound Clinic when 10.5 inches of my surgical incisions opened after he did my bilateral mastectomy. It took them 5 months to close. He (or whomever he left to close me) "secured" 30 inches of incisions with skin glue instead of taking the time to sew them shut. The lumpectomy he offered at my consultation would have been completely inadequate as I ended up with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in both breasts. (This diagnosis is not his fault, but if I had not requested a bilateral mastectomy I would have ended up back in surgery for it a month later.) Although he was included on all wound care and subsequent follow-up documentation, he never bothered to check and see how I was faring. The one-star rating is for sloppy wound closure, false hope in my consultation (enthusiastic hand clap and a "This is no problem, we can handle this!" when he entered the room), and for disappearing into the abyss after pawning me off to the Wound Clinic.
Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing with his patients. Highly recommend him!
I've been here for cleanings, fillings, and in the process of Invisalign.Front waiting room is nice, desk staff is always friendly and fast, the medical staff is great, and the docs are top notch. When I arrive, I don't wait have to longer than 2 minutes before being seen. I love a place with lots of windows. Also, good covid awareness and procedures.
Horrible. Told my mom years ago she probably has cancer before she had a biopsy. In turn my mother told everyone in our family it didn’t look good. Everyone was devastated. The biopsy results came back and it was all benign. They need a lesson in bedside manners. Next time they need to be more careful in suggesting what they think they are dealing with before getting all the information and results.
I've been going there for a few years now.The dentists are great, the hygienists are great, the staff is (generally) great.Just don't bother sending emails, they won't reply. Call them on the phone. (Minus 1 star for that.)
Dr. Brown treats his patients as if they were his own family and has the best bedside manner. He takes time to answer questions, explain things and just make you feel so comfortable and at ease with everything. He also makes you so calm on the day of surgery when in most cases, you’d be a ball of nerves. He is the absolute best at what he does and you can tell he sincerely cares and has the highest passion!
The experience was awesome. He made you feel so very comfortable.First visit I like him very much.
Dr. Brown is my Superman! He is compassionate, caring and makes you feel at ease from your first consolidation through your whole treatment. Even four years post bilateral breast cancer there is no one I trust more. You can tell how respected he is in the surgical department by the staff. He has also been rated 15 out of the top 100 surgeons in his field in 2015! I am so great full to him for all he’s done for me. I feel like he is a part of my extended family.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
