The receptionist was very friendly and Dr Hillner was thorough and efficient and explained her treatment plan well. I liked that it wasn’t as busy as the N. Oak office.

Every person from the front desk to all the young people and then Dr. Hillner were wonderful today plus The lady that helped me with picking out the frames and helping me fax everything to Aetna were very good

i had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hillner. I had a very sudden move approaching to go out of state. I wanted to get a second pair of glasses in case of an emergency. The staff was wonderful. Someone had canceled their appointment that day and they offered it to me. Dr. Hillner and her staff were fantastic to work with. When I informed them that I was deaf, they ensured that all my communication needs were met. I even had my eyes dilated and after I left their office and stepped outside, one of the front office staff came running out to ensure that I was given a pair of dark shaded to wear. Everyone was extremely professional and I would recommend her and her staff to anyone.
