Doctor Holt I find him to be one of the best at st Luke’s

Dr. Holt is outstanding. I never feel rushed during an office visit. He listens to my concerns. I hesitate to mention it but he communicates by email which has been great for me. He has called me at 8:00 PM to give me results of tests when it was important.My first visit was in 2016. Wy wife had been seeing Dr. Holt and I had thought about switching but had been seeing a different doctor for about 20 years and was reluctant to make a change. I found out I had a blood clot in one leg. My doctor could not see me for about a month. I called Dr. Holt's office and he worked me that day sometime after his scheduled patients. What more can I say.

Dr. Holt prescribed my grandmother discontinued meds. When the insurance company provided Rx numbers for more effective and safe medicine he purposely continued to prescribe generics not covered by her plan. I find it disgraceful that he cares more about his pocketbook and pharmaceutical interests than the best possible treatments for his patients. I see most of the other reviews are suspiciously recent and have similar wording. Also, these reviewers mention patients that have family nearby or that also see Dr Holt. I’d hate to imagine that he’s *gasp* taking advantage of the elderly without immediate family around to confirm fair and adequate treatment.

Dr. Holt was referred to me by a well respected friend and I have to say that he is the finest Dr. I have been under the care. He is compassionate, professional and he listens.

Dr. Holt was my father's primary physician. Because of the treatment Dad received from Dr. Holt, when it was time for my husband and I to find a new physician, we knew exactly who we wanted that to be.

Dr. Holt is a highly intelligent and very caring physician and a very nice guy. I would not hesitate to send my son, daughter or best friend to him. (Oh wait, my best friend is already seeing him!) He's a good and patient listener. I don't have to spend long periods of time waiting beyond my appointment time, yet he never seems to be in a big rush to get rid of me and on to the next patient.
