I am really, really upset with the service I received tonight. I have asthma terribly bad and was taken in tonight because I could barely breath… I’m talking like I couldn’t even walk. No one was at the desk and we had to wait several minutes until someone came up. We were the only ones in the waiting room.. got back within 15 minutes or so. My oxygen levels are about 89/90 RESTING. Not awful but I can tell you it’s pretty scary to not be able to breathe properly. A doctor NEVER saw me.. nurses only. They gave me a shot of prednisone and that was IT!! THEY REFUSED ME TREATMENT.. and my nurse told me that respiratory was refusing to treat me for my asthma because they didn’t want to “risk being exposed to Covid” since they were also testing me for Covid. I could not believe it. A hospital refusing a patient treatment! Now I know things are crazy right now but I was desperate for relief which is why I came to the ER.. and they refused to help me how I needed to be helped. I am so upset. My nurse just kinda shrugged it off and said “yeah.. they can refuse treatment if they want”. And all this time I thought hospitals were there to help.. what do you do when you are desperate for relief and help and you can’t even get that there?!? THANKS GUYS! Going to another hospital!!!

My rating is low because this place is not need to be in business they were just met a lot on Leavenworth Road my mom is in the hospital because of them she's in intensive care my mom was there for Rehab she never get but two days of rehab and now it letting her in intensive care because they my mom is setting a great love she is intensive care because the social worker the staff they all need to be at that ass in jail ain't no way that nobody comes there for rehab and wind up in 10 secure that because they were not paying attention to the patient they so front they'll get the disc and not walking and say how you doing today going on today even Miss Judy she didn't say Miss game you take care of it and then I can do for you let me be a plot and it helped her this letter will her out the building and that was it these people need to be on the investigation cuz ain't no way nobody come there for rehab and wind-up intensive care of their patients yeah I know they can

I volunteer with the bingo game for the residents. The staff are very caring to the residents.

Went to visit a friend in rehab. Nice. Is much bigger than it looks from the front. My friend had a comfortable room. Said she was treated well and the therapy treatment was working. They hold church services, have a live bird display, puzzles and games galore, a beauty shop, and go to the dining room for meals. Snack are provide on request, but there are also vending machines they can use. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.
