Dr. Jackson showed no compassion after causing cornea injury. He totally ignored all of the symptoms that I reported for light sensitivity and pain after cataract surgery and continued to treat me with intense UV light radiation which made the cornea injury worse. Discover Vision never responded to my complaint through BBB. Now I am in expensive treatment with a cornea specialist trying to save my eyesight. Although he initially seemed nice, when something doesn't go normal, Dr. Jackson writes you off and takes no responsibility for his mistakes. There are so many good surgeons and eye doctors out there! Unfortunately, Dr. Jackson is not one of them.

Dr Jackson is good with cataracts but that is all he does. His office said he is a corneal specialist but we found out that isn’t entirely true. I went for a consultation and, from the start, he acted irritated we were there. Throughout he was condescending, insulting and just rude. It seemed his goal was to make us feel stupid. The consultation ended when he just got up and walked out while I was asking a question. My wife and I were stunned. Nobody should treat anybody like that. As we were leaving his assistant tried to soften some of what he said but, she too, was patronizing. We will never again set foot in any Discover Vision clinic. I am sure I can find another doctor that isn’t as arrogant and downright mean.

Beneficial. Dr. Jackson is always polite and thorough. He removed my cataracs, and my life improved so much. He also treats my glaucoma. I feel fortunate that he is my opthalmologist. I definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Jackson has been very polite, personable, understanding, & professional. Last week he did my 1st of 2 cataract surgeries. At first wasn't sure I liked the results. He spent extra time patiently explaining what was happening, did an extra exam to be sure everything was doing well. After a few days, I realized what Dr. Jackson said would happen did. Tomorrow I go for my left eye & I'm quite excited. I'd trust Dr. Jackson with my vision anytime!

I thought Dr. Jackson was very personable, very knowledgeable, and asked good questions to find out what I wanted and expected. I was recommended to see him by my brother who had LASIK done by Dr. Jackson. I was very impressed by him.

I think Dr. Jackson lied to me. My left eye has always been awful. I thought he said the cataract surgery would simply eliminate the glare. Intead, I think I'm now seeing about 20/20 out of my left eye! WOW! He can lie to me any time, if I get results like this!
