Dr Dubinsky walked in without introducing himself. He did recognize that my husband was in there with me. His 1st thing he said to me was what are you here for. When I tried to explain to him he kept degrading me with how or what words I used. What showed me that he was more about not believing us was when he told us that when I had a Chiari Malformation surgery in 2000 and Tethered Cord surgery in 2010 by the number 1 neurosurgeon and research in the US, that he doubted that the surgeries were necessary. When those were ones that gave me 20 years of life changers of positive results.he didn't believe us. He just did reflex test, walk a few steps, say some sounds. He did not push me to see what happens with activity and moving affects my voice, balance and body tremors happen. He Looked at MRI's. So his result was I need to see a psychologists and teach me to talk better. Not what is causing my voice to change with activity. That I am letting these things happen. His rudeness to us with us trying to explain to him because we didn't use medical terms or words he liked was so upsetting. He does not have good people skills. So hard to believe his recommendation when he was so uncaring or believing anything we said.

The doctor walked in, didn’t introduce himself, and immediately seemed impatient and unwilling to listen to me or allow me to ask questions— or, further, question his so-called expertise. He was arrogant, pompous, and rude. He did not do a thorough exam (even compared to other horrible neurologists I’ve encountered). Finally, none of my other medical providers agree with his diagnosis, and his solution was simply to give me the name of a doctor whom he said had retired (because he specialized in something particular). Am I supposed to call this retired doctor at home?! So, even if his diagnosis were accurate, he offered no solutions (or minor suggestions that I’ve already tried, about which he was dismissive and invalidating, when I said I’ve tried those suggestions and am only getting worse). He clearly did not care ONE IOTA about me. No follow up. He’s one of those guys who should’ve found another another profession. Wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Horrible experience.

Giant WASTE of time! Spent 3 hours there and got zero answers. Dr Jassam was rude, uncaring and didn't listen at all. I've been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for 12 years and he said there was nothing he could do for my pain. Literally left crying because he cares more about being heard than listening. NEVER AGAIN!

He is very caring always asks questions always explains what he's doing wants to make sure that you feel comfortable with what's happening asks how the last injection shots if you're having Botox for headaches or for other body pains he is so sweet and so caring with his patients fantastic doctor 95% of the time on time in and out and you're done!!
