Sarah Hon's Online Review Report Card

I love Sarah Hon. My mom had Alzheimer’s and she was so respectful and sweet to her. I had to go to Sarah as a patient and she was very good to me. I am so sad she has left. I will miss her!

My initial appointment with Dr. Hon, she took a lot of time and asked a lot of questions prior to her diagnosis and treatment plan. 2nd visit, went ok, much less time spent. Injections, whirlwind appt. In and out in 15 minutes. I was having some pretty unsettling symptoms afterwards that could have or could not have been related to the injections so I left a message for Dr. Hon's nurse to call me back about my concerns. I never received a call that day, nor any day after the fact either. I was ultimately admitted after I visited the ER and still no phone call from their office. Next injection appt- rescheduled due to family member Covid symptoms, almost a week later and again no call from the nurse to get me rescheduled. It takes months to get in for injections at their office; the least they could do is call their patient back if they were courteous enough to keep you safe by foregoing their own health needs to make yours a priority...

Dr Hon has been amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She listened to all of my complaints and was interested in my thoughts about my own treatment.

One of the worst. The first time I saw her she did not even look up at me. She did no evaluation, but documented a complete exam and most of it was inaccuarte. The second time she came in angry and hostile. When she illicited a symptom she did not want to find because angry. Talked to me like a child and told my friend that my responses were not normal, insinuating that it was mental illness. The appointment was a waste of time and insulting. Then she made a comment to me that she was going to call my primary, like she was the principal calling to tell on me. I'm a doctor who also specialized in Neurology and acute care. I know when something is wrong. This appointment was completely disrespectful.

Dr Hon was very pleasant. Shared info as appropriate. I highly recommend her, and would s hed appt with her as needed.

She was a lifesaver for me when I was looking for a neurologist. She always, always has my best care in mind. I recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Hon is a warm, caring, very knowledgeable neurologist. She is very attentive and treats my mother with respect. My mother enjoys coming to see her and trusts her implicitly.

We love Dr. Hon. My 23 y/o daughter has MS and since day one Dr Hon has been proactive in my daughter’s care! Dr. Hon and her NP calls my daughter just to check on how she is doing. Great bedside manners! I am glad we decided NKCH neurologist to care for Desiree!

I highly recommend Dr Hon. She immediately put me at ease and earned my trust as she is well informed and up to date on current treatments for my chronic migraines. She listens to everything I have to say. If I have any concerns, no matter how silly they may seem, she makes the time to give me answers that I can understand. I absolutely recommend her and her awesome staff for the patient who needs treatment of real pain management.
