Dr. Kraft was very patient and thorough to explain the options to improve my speech after I had a paralyzed vocal cord. She listened to my concerns and I felt that we made the decision together on which procedure was right for situation, I also appreciated that she has an office at KU West which is very convenient to my home. Highly recommend Dr. Kraft and her staff.

Dr. Kraft is a great doctor very willing to explain things, gives her opinion and shares other options. Her staff is quick to return a call and are SUPER to work with. She is the doctor for my daughter and she recently put in a t tube tracheotomy and has been very understanding and explains things throughly. We highly recommend her and we feel blessed to have such a great doctor working on our daughters care!!!

Please find another doctor and do not waste your time and money. An absolutely awful experience in May 2019. I had waited several months to get in. I left with no answers, and a $900 bill, For a 15-minute appointment that was useless.
