Dr. Brundige has always treated me well. I have to be tested every year because of a certain medication I take. The staff takes great care in explaining steps along the way. Dr. Brundige is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a client. He does actually listen, and treats each situation for the individual. My whole life has improved, not only because of my cataract surgery, but because he followed up and treated my cataracts that were on my capsules. His skill, follow-through, and bedside manner is amazing. I would highly recommend him for any vision concern or correction.

I come here every year for my visual exam. I had really really bad vision and finally had to have cataract. Surgery went well. My anxiety was sky high, but it went well. Second eye no anxiety. I have worn glasses for over 60 years I no longer have to wear glasses on. I trust this doctor with my eyesight, which is very very important to me. He also does the Itex because I’m on certain medication’s for lupus that eyes have to be monitored and he’s probably been doing them for the last five years never have. I had a complaint very satisfied with his care, knowledge compassion, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it out for you. He is also very friendly, respectful compassionate. I’ve never really had any problems with my eye exams from him. He will also forward your information upon your request to your regular primary care doctors he actually does mine while I’m sitting in there so my doctor at KU has already received my information before I leave the office. Dr. Brundige is good for routine eye issues and is humble and honest enough to tell you need more help. He was able to diagnose cornea neuropathy and stated that I would need a cornea specialist if the medication that he prescribed didn't work. The cornea injury was caused by a different surgeon at Discover Vision so I am now with a great cornea specialist from a different clinic. Thankful though for Dr. Brundige's compassion and honesty.
