I've been here twice since moving to Lawrence. Both times have been a good experience. I see a lot of reviews about a long wait but that is going to happen at any urgent care you go to. The first time i went was just a walk in and I waited about an hour. the second time i scheduled online and filled out the information; when i got there i waited for 5-10 minutes. The staff was kind.

Scheduled an appointment at 10 AM for 2 PM with a hand injury I thought I’d need stitches for. Showed up slightly early, they saw me soon after I arrived, and I was already getting the stitches before my appointment was supposed to happen. Got out of there soon after. Easiest, fastest medical care I’ve ever experienced, and everybody was extremely kind the entire time. I hope I don’t get injured enough to need to go back, but if I do I won’t be going anywhere else.

Almost on hour two waiting to be seen by physician. This place is definitely not “x press”.

They were very busy on a Saturday night so I did have to, very understandably, wait about an hour before I was seen. That said, I felt that they moved very quickly and it was a very reasonable wait for being 6th in line when I arrived. The staff was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

From check in to service to check out, everyone was kind and helpful. We were aware that as a walk in there would be a wait, but my son was seen that night and received wonderful care. Being able to do xrays there made the situation much better. Very clear instructions on home care and next steps. Kelly Jones was fabulous.

I went here after a brief, but intense, illness about a week ago. I made an appointment early that morning, and was surprised to still see a few openings left. I got all of my paperwork submitted ahead of time on their website, so all there was to do when I got there was check-in. The wait wasn't terrible, and my appointment was only late a few minutes, likely because there was a few walk-ins before me. Not a big deal. The nurse taking my vitals and getting information from me was very nice and thorough, and listened to my issues and concerns very well. Additionally, the APRN who saw me afterwards did a wonderful job of explaining test results, letting me know her thought process and why she was prescribing me the medications she chose. She displayed great bedside manners the entire time. Because of the bad experiences I've had at other urgent care centers in the area, I was nervous to try this place out. However, it was a nice feeling to walk out of that clinic confident that I received quality care. I will not hesitate to come here again, should I need the services.
