List of Amy M Holman Md's Reviews
Don't go here if you need Xrays. Their Xray machine is antiquated and didn't detect a 10 year old compression fracture on my L1. Amy Hollman is very snooty and doesn't listen to her patients. She thought I was drug seeking when I asked for an opioid.
I find Dr. Holman to be a very good doctor. She listens to you and follows up on items. The portal with St. Lukes' also lets you communicate with your Doctor and she will write back as needed. Excellent!
I encouraged my wife to find a doctor close to home. She rarely goes to doctors & has/does suffer in pain from endometriosis, fibromyalgia, an old broken ankle injury, back issues & osteoarthritis. She hasn’t been in years because she doesn’t have much faith in family practitioners the way it is, & they keep proving her right unfortunately. She made an appointment with another doctor but the office put her with Amy, who did nothing at all for her. My wife left because they put her with the wrong doctor. And they still charged us $190.00…When she told Amy that she wasn’t supposed to be seen by her, Amy told her that the doctor that she WAS to see “isn’t excepting new patients”. Which wasn’t true. My wife is now seeing the doctor that she intended to see in the first place.
Likes to have a ridiculous amount of repeat visits I'm guessing for fees for each appointment. My mother seen her for an issue and was told yeah you have that and didn't prescribe anything. She had to go back over a month later when the issues worsened and this woman had the nerve to chuckle and be patronizing saying well you shouldn't do this for that you should have done this instead. I was speechless like I believe that's why she came to you before and you did nothing.
Horrible! all she did for me was get my foot in the door at ku then my spouse took care of the rest so your self a favor go to a better place.
I feel Dr Holman truly listens to me and seems to have the best interest in mind for the overall health of her patients. We are happy with her as our family doctor.
I have a pain contract with Doctor Holman. I asked her for a refill and she said that she would not fill my prescription because I needed to see her. What is the porous of the contract? I am on social security and have a fixed income, I'm not rich and can't afford to pay $250 per visit. So the whole thing is about the almighty dollar and not about the care of the patient, so now I just have to suffer. If you want a doctor who cares for their patient's don't go to Amy Holman.

Dr. Holman is very personable and compassionate. She takes the time to listen and give feedback. The office staff is very nice and accommodating.
Very professional doctor. And she cares about her patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
