I absolutely love Dr. Yoakam. She takes the time to know her patients, I don’t know how she does it but she remembers things I’ve said in previous visit and ask about that, like a trip that happened months ago. She is caring, always looking for things that will make recovering from whatever easier. She takes the time to explain things in a way that anyone can understand. She is my PCP and I also take my parents to her, dad is 86 with lots of health issues, mom is 73, she takes good care of their needs, always looking for what’s best for them.

This is the first doctor I’ve ever been to that truly listens to what I say and how I feel. She explains everything that’s going on as well what she thinks. Majority of other doctors I’ve seen seem rushed. They listen to the first couple things you say then make a diagnosis, write a script and send you on your way with zero explanation of your condition or medicine. Dr. Yoakam gave me a referral to an OBGYN that refused to give me an appointment because they were backed up. As soon as I told her what they said she got one of her nurses on the line and had them make the appointment for me. The service she provides is above and beyond in every aspect.

Dr. Yoakam is a very skilled physician with great communication skills. She didn't make me feel rushed and she spent time making sure I understood her recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family or friends.

Dr Yoakum is the family doctor we all remember. She takes time with you, remembers who you are, explains in depth any questions you might have. She gets to the bottom of issues. She doesn’t just throw Prescriptions at you and send you out the door. She deeply cares about your health and you as a person. Always follows up. When I was in the hospital, she called to check on me. Beyond the norm for these days. Highly recommend her!

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Initial first meeting appointment had to be made several weeks in advance. However, once I was set up, I was able and still am able to email my Dr directly for advice and any medical questions I have. I've also used their walk-in services and have been taken care of very well.

My family and I have had Dr. Yoakam as our family doctor for over 10 years. Dr. Yoakam is a very professional and knowledgeable physician. She truly cares about her patients, spends time with each one of us, and cares about us. I wouldn't trust my family's health to anyone else.
