Worse emergency reception for walk-ins.  I took my husband today, 03/29, arrived about 9am and at 12pm told that we still couldn't be seen due to shortage of beds and him not being sick enough. A patient waiting next to me has been waiting since midnight! He decided to leave and asked for a bus ticket & ended up arguing with the receptionist.  We ended up at St John's because Urgent Care on Little Mack, SCS turned us away. Now at 12:30pm we are waiting at Beaumont Grosse Pointe

No empathy or compassion. The nurses over talked me and interrupted me during our whole conversation. Instead of letting me talk to the unit manager they let me talk to another nurse on the floor. I talked to the 4 north charge and her response to why my mothers needs were not being addressed was " well sir we're short staffed"" ( her O 2 saturation was 78 %)

Very sharp hospital great dr  it is everything my mom was happy with the surgery thanks

i keep trying to pay on my bill but nothing works.  i have talked to worker online who didnt help at all!  i tried calling --nothing went thru.  i am fed up with trying to pay it now.  tried online --tht didnt work either!!!

This location has significantly scaled back services in the last 5 years. Most imaging and anything major is transfered to other local hosiptals. The staff is friendly but overworked.

The Nurses made the procedure a pleasant experience.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My grandfather was here for a few weeks due to his Alzheimer’s and after our family wasn’t allowed to see him during Christmas due to their “carefulness of covid” staff brought covid into the unit he was in and exposed and gave him covid. Causing our family to lose him… he passed away due to their negligence with their staff. The facility needs to do better with keeping their employees checked, vaccinated and be more aware of everything. Maybe my grandfather would still be alive had better precautions with staff been given.

I gave one star because 0 isn’t an option. I would trust my 5 year old in a doctor Halloween costume before I ever go back to this sh*t show. My one year old had a medical emergency where she stopped breathing and this was the closest hospital. We were shoved into a room and forgotten about. We saw the doctor ONCE, The “nurse” came back in after not checking in for over an hour. He proceeded to tell us that they had a “more emergent” case come in and that’s why they didn’t come back which is awesome to hear as the parents of a baby who almost died.. They did an X-ray and pulled blood work then refused to give us the results of either of those. We reported them to the medical bored then to top it off they never sent us a bill and sent us straight to collections who couldn’t even get a billing history from them. I tried to call the hospital billing at 8:00am as soon as they opened and I was still on hold for over 45 minutes to even speak to a rep. As soon as I spoke with one she had the absolute worst attitude from the moment she answered the phone, she yelled at me, talked over me, and lied to me which she was called out on. If my options were to die or go to this hospital I’d choose death.

They are soooo rude here.

I sat at this E.R. all day long because i am having trouble breathing. I saw the dr for a total of ten mins the entire time i was there. His test was just putting his stethoscope on my back and then stating ive got post viral syndrome or also known as post viral fatigue syndrome. Its number one symptom is FATIGUE and thats the only symptom im not having. I stated ive got copd and they disregaurded it. Doctor Timothy Elliott is a disgrace to his degree and a joke of a example of a doctor. I would not go to this facility again if i was shot on the sidewalk in front of it. All he was concerned with was the covid kickback.
