Dr. McKarnin is the best doctor I have been to. She is direct, knowledgeable, always prepared. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, ask questions and provides the BEST care me or my family has ever had! I moved to Seattle and still fly back to see her!

I would recommend Dr McKarnin to anyone. She is one of the most hard working, understanding, knowledeable and professionable physicians in the area. She takes her job seriously and genuinely cares for every patient. Saint Lukes is lucky to have her.

I concur with previous commenters: “Staff isn't willing to work with you even though we have been patients for years.” I had similar experiences. The receptionist are short and seem like they are doing patients a favor by finding an appointment. I rarely can get in to see my primary care provider. I showed up to discover that I did not have an appointment, the reluctant nurse met me and told me to go to urgent care - unwilling to help. Not what you want in an doctor’s office.
