Paula goes out of her way to make clients feel comfortable and seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and has addressed and improved all of my initial concerns and then some. The entire office is friendly and welcoming especially the front desk staff. Truly grateful for this practice!

Great initial consultation! Tarrah Bammes was very informative but not overwhelming. Answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed . She also explained in detail the next steps and what I could be doing on my own also .

I want to say a special thank you to Jen and Addie for changing my life through pelvic floor PT! The moment I came to Foundational Concepts was my lowest moment when I had given up hope. I had even gone through pelvic floor PT at a hospital for 6 months and found that was not helping. I could not imagine a life without pelvic pain and thought the pain would never go away. But thanks to Jen and Addy, my PTs at Foundational Concepts, I have gained so much hope and confidence. I learned so much and so many ways to manage my pain, to the point where I have little to no pain now. I can now see my life without pelvic pain, which is something I never thought would happen. Jen and Addie are encouraging and patient. You can tell they have a ton of knowledge about the pelvic floor. I honestly don’t know where I would be if I had not gone to Foundational Concepts!

Sarah has helped me tremendously with my piriformis issues - Teaching exercises and dry needling to release the muscle tension. I would definitely recommend Foundational Concepts !
