Dr Straub saw me in the hospital. He worked with the hospitalist on a prescription I needed at discharge, one he was the expert on. It turned out the drug was near impossible to find and prohibitively expensive. So, I emailed his office and called and spoke to Brittney on the nurse line, who assured me I would get a call back. I needed to see if there was another drug he could prescribe instead. I have not heard one word back from anyone!! Dr Straub seemed personable and knowledgeable when I saw him in person. But, the lack of a response on this is unacceptable. It may be his staff that is the problem, but that doesn’t matter. Dr Straub is ultimately responsible for his actions and the actions of his staff. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of follow up. And, now I’m out several hundred dollars that I should not have been!

Dr. Straub was extremely helpful when it came to my sinuses. He walked me through what the CT scan was showing and answered all my questions! Highly recommend him as an ENT!
