Went to my appointment this morning only to be told the Dr cancelled my appointment. I even received a confirmation of my appt via text. I was looking for a new general physician. Guess it won't be Dr Wolf.

Best Bedside manner! Dr. Wolf takes time to Listen to your concerns. She is very compassionate, and caring. So blessed to have such a wonderful Dr. who truly gives the Best Care!

My comments are about the call in to the office to get a first appointment. First question was verifying insurance. Ok. Second question was about demographics. Who needs to know that on intake! Third question was whether I worked PT or FT. Again, is this necessary? What does that have to do with getting an appointment!

Appointment intake needs some TLC! First question was about insurance. Ok. Second was about demographics. Third was whether I worked FT or PT. What do these intake questions have to do with getting an appointment?! Icing in the cake is that they do not send you paperwork in advance. You must to into the office 30 min prior to do that. So antiquated. This process is not patient or consumer friendly.
