Dr. Neubauer treats her patients as if they are family. She is professional, thorough, and talented. She did a Mohs procedure on my face several years ago and it went very well. She was very reassuring and my scar is minimal.

Dr. Neubauer makes patients feel at ease during the procedure and gives ample time to ask questions or discuss what is happening. The nursing staff does everything possible to ensure patient comfort and relieve any anxiety.

Dr Neubauer performed a Mohs Surgery on upper forehead to remove squamous cell carcinoma. It was well explained and my visit was comfortable. Dr Neubauer is very efficient but thorough. I would recommend her highly.

I'm sorry that I had to change my rating from a 5 to a 3. Dr. Neubauer was great and I was pleased with how she explained everything. Her staff during the follow up was terrible. When I had problems develop afterwards they didn't return my calls for hours and offered no advice. I was very disappointed in the follow up treatment.
