Monarch Plastic Surgery's Online Review Report Card

Had a consultation 3wks ago and was just informed by Dr Killions staff that she is no longer with this center and I would need to start the process all over again. Monarch never reached out to me to let me know anything had changed which in my opinion should have happened.

Great place.

Ashley, the nurse injector is wonderful! Does an amazing job and really takes her time to understand what you want. The front desk however, has issues. 4 out of 5 times that I have used a gift card, I have initially been told there was nothing on them (received as a gift from my husband). One time I was even asked if someone else in my house might have used it (there is no one else in my house). The older woman who had checked me out those times was rude and condescending. The last time i asked for the manager who apparently wasn’t there…While each time it has been figured out, it has caused stress, embarrassment and taken extra time while they try to figure out the issue. I was even told to maybe just purchase the Allē gift card bc “we frequently have issues with our gift card system”. On a separate occasion I went up there to purchase the Elta sunscreen for my daughter before I went to visit her at college. I was told that the skin care side person had to leave early that day and there was no one else who could sell it to me, despite the fact that they were open. The nurse injector I see deserves 5 stars… the facility… 1.

This office is only willing to help people with money that just choose to have surgery. If you are needing surgery due to cancer and get one surgery screwed up they will make you pay out of pocket before they will correct it even if you're in pain. They are completely unwilling to work with anyone to set up a payment plan or help the customer whatsoever. They have never treated me with respect or empathy. After Dr. Bene saw the results of his surgery he said oh no this isn't right at all, yet still need to charge me up front for a second surgery that i should not need in the first place. The implants are 2 entirely different sizes and they are crooked and painful. They are worried about money not patients needs.

Ashley is so knowledgeable when it comes to injections and the products! She was very thorough and professional. The facility is also beautiful!

Ashley is amazing! It was my first time for filler and she helped calm my fears and was so patient! She is more conservative and has allowed me to do a little at at time as not to overdo it, which i so appreciate. She went above and beyond and took personal time to answer questions and address concerns that I had. I’ll be back very soon!

Injector Ashley Williams is amazing! I have seen her for Dysport and filler and she has exceeded my expectations. She fixed the lip filler that I had done at another place and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She is so patient, caring, and explains everything very well. She is a perfectionist and I love it! I would recommend Ashley to everyone!
