Daughter was able to get an appt last minute when she was back in town to get new retainers. Quick and reasonably priced. Only downside was initial call to ask about appt, receptionist wasn't helpful and it took several minutes and a lot of probing her to get on the schedule.

The staff, including the doctor, was patient with our young kids. They were gentle and made the visit as easy as possible. Our kids loved the lobby and game room, as a bonus!

Paid $1,500 upfront for braces with an estimated 9-12 month treatment plan, and in return got 2.5 years of stalling, insurance runarounds, and rude staff who even yanked my daughter out of the chair mid-appointment so they could argue billing. Their “treatment plan” ended with them offering a stainless-steel crown for a college student. Look elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.

This clinic takes adults, too. I am disappointed that when I met with Dr. Crist, his words were, "I move teeth. You need to get the missing teeth taken care of." I did precisely that. When I returned, I was told the partial would not work after the teeth were moved. I spent unnecessary money because I will have to do it again. He never informed me that it would only work if implants. I am also disappointed that no people of color work there. I am moving elsewhere, and genuinely hope they will transfer the photos I paid $275.00 for to the next person I choose.

We have been going to Pediatric Dental Specialists for several years now. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Crist are absolutely wonderful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve always had a wonderful experience here with our daughter, and believe me! She’s not an easy and compliant one. I love the atmosphere…definitely less intimidating for the kiddos when they have something fun to look at. Definitely recommend!

LOVE this practice! Quick to get in for a tooth emergency and very welcoming. My son LOVES the attention from the slushies to the prizes! Makes going to the dentist easier
