I wouldn’t recommend PT solutions at the Chatsworth, ga location. The manager likes to sit behind his computer and not do anything. He relies on his aides to take care of his patients. When 1:1 supposed to be done only by a therapist bc of insurance reasons he still lets the aides do it. If you want quality care not a therapist that cares about his bonuses more than his patients I would definately go to a different pt solution clinic, such as Dalton they give individualized plans for each patient not basic plans for each patient that Chatsworth does.

Very good space, polite employees and always willing to help, I totally recommend this place.

Katie at the Lee's Summit office has been so helpful! My back and neck problems get in the way of living a normal life and she is teaching helpful techniques to get me back on track physically.

Worked with Jacob for sciatic nerve pain and he was incredibly helpful with offering exercises and a treatment plan for my pain, which thanks to his help has improved dramatically

I’ve been a patient for a little over two months now and the treatment I receive only gets better with time! Micailah always greets patients with a cheerful smile in person and over the phone. Her friendly personality really sets the mood upon arrival. Taylor and Jacob are always so upbeat and positive when engaging with their patients and they both do a phenomenal job of wholeheartedly caring for their patients’ physical and mental health. I can honestly say that I’d not be as far along on my recovery plan if I didn’t have the support, encouragement, and optimism that these two provide. I am thankful for their care and concern as they always go above and beyond to help me ‘poke the bear’ every day!

The staff is great and helped me tremendously to recover from my injury. Taylor and Jacob were amazing at keeping me on track and encouraging that my recovery was improving each week. Physical therapy is not really fun but I looked forward to my visits and was so happy when I started seeing my injury heal. The little things with scheduling and dealing with insurance were very helpful also.

I was referred to PT Solutions by a family member who gave them an excellent recommendation. Since I have been there, I have worked with both Taylor and Jacob, and found both to be excellent in both their techniques and the manner in which they interact with their patients, I would recommend them fully to anyone who was in need of Physical therapy.

I have had the opportunity to have physical therapy with Jacob and Taylor several times in the last month. They have helped me work with a back problem and are now working with me on a balance problem. I have found them patient, professional, and very well informed on the process That they are suggesting. Their approach is very aggressive, but not a I hurt myself. They have a very pleasant and helping attitude and are always willing to explain again or to help you do something better. I feel very fortunate to have had these two physical therapist to help me maneuver my way through aging. They are excellent thank you
