Excellent facility and staff. Life-changing positive outcomes after two absolutely necessary surgeries in four years to correct a sports injury and debilitating arthritis. I put it off for years, got second and third opinions and shopped around. The verdict? Don’t even consider going anywhere else in the Kansas City area, based on my experience and others that have gone elsewhere - it’s too important to get this right. In particular, Dr. Scott Cook is amazing. A true miracle worker.

Dr. Scott Cook is a man of significant talent in THRs -- to date, he's given me nearly 10+ years of pain-free living on my right hip and 8+ years of pain-free living on my left hip. I've never ever felt like there was something foreign in my body/hip area. I cannot say that for some people I know who have had THRs at other places. The best the entire staff is top notch

Dr. Cook is an amazing physician. Dr Cook Performed my husband's double knee replacement. He explains everything he is going to do to fix whatever is broken. My husband was in a lot of pain with his knees. After the Dr Cook experience my husband is a brand new man. After I seen how good my husband's experience was I finally gave in to have Dr. Cook perform my knee replacement as well. Dr Cook nurse Kathy I can't say enough about her, she is also great at her job. Everyone very nice.

Have known Dr. Cook for 20 years. He previously replaced both hips (2006 and 2007) and right knee (2008). I have tremendous respect and confidence in the Dr. The most recent visit and evaluation centered around the need to do a total hip revision on right hip. This was unexpected and a little unsettling. Dr. Cook spent a good deal of time discussing with me and my wife. He is very patient and does not rush - really listens. Getting mentally ready is a part of my process and Dr. Cook provides great counseling for preparation. He is the best.
