The staff up front seemed to have better things to do than to help me. I have a few questions on the check in process on the app, they did answer my question but it seemed to bother them. Once I got checked in everything else was Great. The nurse was nice quick and helpful as was the doctor.

I was impressed. First time there. I will definitely go back. It was run very efficiently, I really like the way you have to sign up online for a particular time frame, and there were not 1 million people waiting for four hours in front of me. The staff was very friendly, the nurse practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose this particular urgent care! September 27, 2023: had to return once again and once again, I’m completely impressed with the staff at this location. They are efficient, professional, and very accommodating. I will continue to use care now in Lenexa when I need urgent care. Everyone involved in my visit was super: Karen, Miranda, and especially Lori the PA.

I came in after work was advised that it may be a two and a half hour wait but fortunately it ended up only taking 30 minutes to get seen was diagnosed got a treatment plan in place and feeling much much better. Great staff
