Everyone is very easy to work with and nice to talk to. They all think of your needs and concerns. The place is very clean and have all the equipment needed for each patient. All the physical therapist work well together and treat there patients as friends.

Ryan is the best, he provided excellent advice, guidance and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help in the Physical Therapy world. He is extremely knowledgeable and never fails to provide great help and solutions to painful problems.

I worked with Ryan at Preferred Physical Therapy for rehabilitation after having a complete hip replacement. We worked one on one twice a week for 6 weeks. The professionalism and compassion Ryan shared was fantastic. He continuously challenged me while always keeping my wellness first priority. It was my goal to be back to my career (HIIT trainer) as soon as I could safety and functionally return at 100%. I confidently returned to work 7 weeks from the day of my surgery. Thank you to Ryan and the entire team & staff of Preferred Physical Therapy.

I’m a retired Primary care physician and saw patients at the Lenexa location of Encompass Medical Group. I referred many of my Patients to Preferred Therapy at that very location. I had a recent shoulder replacement and required ongoing physical therapy. I was referred to Kim at preferred physical therapy – MISH location in Lenexa . I had back surgery and a hip replacement previously and my postop course following shoulder replacement was complicated and difficult. Kim at preferred physical therapy MISH location in Lenexa designed a therapeutic program specifically designed to address my problems. As a physician, I recognize the importance of physical therapists capable of diagnosing and treating unusual complications that can occur after surgery. Preferred Physical Therapy really helped me with the pain and weakness I was having in my hip. Ryan my therapist really listened to all my concerns and designed a program for me to help get me back on my feet. Believe it or not I even looked forward to my sessions. Ryan and the whole gang made it a fun and enjoyable process. I'm doing so much better now and I owe it all to them.
