I worked for Quest for nearly 2 years before I felt it was time to move on. My first year with them was amazing. I enjoyed the family-like atmosphere. I met some life long friends there & I'm glad to have worked for such an adequate company and acquire the skills I needed. I'm only giving four stars because the last three months I was with the company made me even more eager to leave.
To the previous posters, the company has a website that tells you where all locations you can have blood drawn at, none of them indicate this location.
Good place to work
They send bills to the patient which are unauthorized and then they are unreachable for servicing the patient. Sent me a bill for services that I did not agree to.
I've interviewed with Quest Diagnostics twice. The first time I didn't hear back from them for 3 whole weeks until I applied for the same position. I was honest and upfront about telling them I'm pregnant, and it back fired!!! I am over qualified for the position, and feel like I was COMPLETELY discriminated. This situation was beyond illegal, and looking into my options!!
Please update your google entry to indicate that this Renner Road location does not do blood draws for lab work... it is very frustrating to find this building only to be told that it is not a place to have blood drawn.....
To bad quest can’t afford a live person to answer questions.I am sure $12.00 a hr would be something quest can’t afford
terible
You still don’t tell people this isn’t a draw station. What a waste of time and energy.
Extremely rude staff. The person on duty taking in patients was over the top with her attitude. Instead of talking to the people in the waiting room like they were humans, she decided to be malicious and impatient. They need to work on the staff they hire in consideration that their profession is in the medical field. So if you plan to go there now, you better wait until tomorrow so maybe the ignorant broad won't be working.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
