My physical therapist, Justin Austria, at Select Physical Therapy in Lenexa, Kansas was very patient and helpful when it came to my neck pain and when I had to have both of my knee replacements. When it came to my neck pain, I had been at a couple other PT places. But both resulted in no relief. In hearing of my struggles, a family member suggested going to Select Physical Therapy. Since then Justin was able to pinpoint exercises that had not been introduced to me. After a couple months, I can now strengthen and stretch my own neck to help cope with my nerve pain. With the success I had from managing my neck pain, I knew when I had to have two knee replacements, I would definitely go back to Justin at Select Physical Therapy! So here I am 6 months later feeling much stronger and confident in my abilities to do daily tasks, life activities with my family and friends, and enjoy exercising again! I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Justin! I am so grateful for all the help Justin has provided! In the future if a friend is need of a physical therapist, I will definitely highly recommend they contact Justin at Select Physical Therapy in Lenexa, KS!

Since I started doing Vestibular Therapy Exercises with Mary Tolson, my symptoms have been lessened. Even when symptoms do arise, they seem to calm more quickly.

The location is perfect and scheduling was so convenient. The office is spacious, clean, and overall a comfortable environment. Also Justin Austria is the BEST!!! I sprained my ACL (have no idea how) but from the very first visit, he was friendly, patient, and helpful. He was always willing to answer questions, and he made it clear his priority was seeing me get better. 4 weeks later I'm back to all my normal activies with virtually no pain. I highly recommend SPT and specifically Justin!!
