Having the option to make an appointment at an urgent care clinic is a poor business model. If you can make an appointment or check in online do that with your pcp. 2 hour wait times caused by appts at a walk-in clinic is horrible and goes against the idea of a walk in clinic.

Went in for an appt at 2. No update or time to wait. Left after 50 minutes. They said they are swamped with no body coming in after me and there were 3 people ahead of me and they were still there when I left!

Brought my roommate in late, she has been sick for over a month. Immediately we didn’t feel welcome. I recommend if you’re going to talk negatively about your patients, go into a room where we can’t hear you. The nurse and doctor we had was very nice!

Showed up a few minutes before my 11:00 appointment. Took a bit to check in because no one was at the front desk. Finally checked in and it said no one was ahead of me in line on the app. Another lady walked in after me and was called in before me. While waiting, the front receptionist left to go to Dunkin Donuts leaving the front desk unattended. Patient walked in and no one was there to check her in. She had to wait for the lady to return from Dunkin to finally get checked in. Then the receptionist went to the back to eat leaving the front desk unattended again. At 11:45, I decided to leave and go to KStat Urgent Care. Checked in there and even with 2 people ahead, I was called back within 20 minutes. The customer service at Xpress Wellness was unacceptable.

Would give 0 stars if I could. You have to wait even if you schedule an appointment and I wasn’t even tested for anything just sent on my way. To still be in pain days later…

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. I can’t speak to how the actual medical professionals are because we never saw them, the people we dealt with did not have any credentials but were attempting to diagnose. Seemed very shady and unprofessional.
