My Hearing Center has been very supportive in understanding my personal hearing needs. I enjoy working with them. On my second visit, they were focused on listening to my inputs. They showed me some additional functionality and provided some instructions on proper cleaning of the hearing aids.

Had a great experience with Angelina In getting my first hearing aids, she was wonderful in explaining everything to me. Took her time, answered all my questions never rushed me. I highly recommend her!

My husband got 1 hearing back & sent the other one off. I had my OLD one (under warranty) sent off as well. Very nice and helpful young lady took care of us. Nice girl at the front desk, as well, considering my husband's crankiness over repetitive (but necessary) paperwork. 😁
