Super friendly and efficient front office staff. Dr. Sharp listened with great intent to help remedy my knee pain. We discussed some options for further care and decided physical therapy along with a regimen of 3 shots one weekly for 3 weeks should help.

Dr. Lane had been my Orthopedic Surgeon in years past. It is because of my past experience with him, and I needed to be seen again for my other knee, that I decided to go back to him. Consultations are always point on, a great Dr. who not only listens, but explains to you to what the best solutions are for your health needs. Should I have to end up having surgery again, I won’t hesitate to contact him. Great surgeon!!

Office staff is very indifferent and hateful. When I asked for a statement from the doctor regarding my inability to get packages and have them delivered to my door per post office chat, they told me they had never gotten that kind of request before and we're not receptive or helpful at all. The first person I spoke to hung up on me.. I called back and got the office manager and she said that she acted like she was being inconvenienced. Between the two phone calls, I got nowhere. Staff seems concerned about procedure and the what their office doesn't do. All they said was they would put it in the chart. Definitely need communication and problem-solving skills. They also need to be more congenial and cooperative and not act like the patient is only causing problems.
