Doctor was great going into detail about what to expect from the surgery and getting me prepared for what needs to be done to get surgery completed. His nurse was great as well explaining what needs to be done before and after surgery. The whole office is great to work with. Thank each and everyone of the staff.

Dr Hsing has a wonderful bedside manner and this is so important to patients. He was very verbal on what was going to happen. Any concerns I had he dealt with immediately. I would recommend him to anyone that needs knee surgery. He took good care of me.

Dr. Hsing was very pleasant. Very personable, which is unusual for orthopedic surgeons. He showed me my x-ray, explained what he saw and suggested an action plan for treatment. I gave him additional background information and we came up with a decision together on the best treatment plan for me.
