I woke up from a laparoscopy gallbladder surgery in excruciating pain. The RN on my ward treated me like an alien bc she "had the same surgery and was throwing 50lb feedbags the next day". I had to Beg her for an HOUR to call the doctor for stronger pain medication. The rest of the staff were very caring, but if you have a low pain tolerance like I do, it might not be the best choice..

Minneola has been exceptionally professional and very caring with my mothers health and well being. They are the only place my mom will go to be well taken care of! HIGHLY recommend.

I will give it a two star because the nurses were amazing, but the female PA was the rudest lady that I have ever met and could care less about her patients.

I used to live here and had to come to this ER too many times, broken nose, almost cut off my finger, and once I woke up not being able to see in like the middle of the night. fun times :-)

Thank you so much to all staff in the Minneola district hospital ER. They were so kind today to give advice over the phone for a family member. We were able to stay calm in this pandemic situation and handle cares at home without having to visit the ER unnecessarily. Thank you so much.

The people that work there seem happy and always ready to serve your needs. Many places you go, people act like they are there until their shift is over. I never get that feeling in Minneola.

We have went to this hospitals ER department on two different occasions and the service is above and beyond! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. A+ experience both times.
