This doctor's office staff did not bill my insurance co. It has taken numerous calls and a Better Business Bureau complaint and it still has not been rectified. My mammo was covered in full and was paid by Blue Cross once they finally submitted it, yet they sent me to collections. I paid the collection bill, they said they would reimburse me, but 4 months later and I'm still waiting. Google United Imaging; you'll find I'm just one of many this has happened to.
