Select Physical Therapy - Mission's Online Review Report Card

Would not recommend this physical therapist. I was not happy with the care that I received from the front desk or the PT. I’m also not happy with the results. There are a lot of other physical therapist in town, try a different one that will care about you more.

Very good help and does her job well

My experience at Select Physical Therapy has been very positive. Making the initial appointment was easy and efficient with Hannah, the office manager and scheduler. Physical Therapist, Catherine Thelen, has been phenomenal to work with as I work on improving my range of movement for my knees. She took time to thoroughly understand issues affecting my mobility and selected exercises that have immensely improved my mobility. Caty is a great listener and has been an advocate for me as I seek further answers from other doctors to improve my health. I have been shown many exercises to help my mobility and strength of my leg muscles while gaining an understanding of the parts of my knees and how they work. I highly recommend seeking help here!

I have used Mission Select physical therapy multiple times for various sports injuries. The physical therapist there (Katie) is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I have had great results each time and highly recommend them.

The therapist, Katy is terrific. She’s so knowledgeable, kind and accessible. The gym is very nice with good equipment too. I always recommend her to my friends.

I recommend Select Physical Therapy. Therapist Brett is very nice and very knowledgeable in his work. The whole staff are friendly . They are a 4 star staff.

Catherine Thelen turns what can be a difficult PT session into a "no worries" opportunity for learning about human anatomy, and how it relates to your issues. Cattie is a very knowleable, empathetic and sensitive therapist with deceptive hand strength and great techniques. I highly reommend her.

I have seen Adam Kays for two different issues with pain over the last 2 years. Both my extreme sciatica and my repetitive motion elbow issues. Adam's approach has been different than other therapists I have been treated and encouraged by. Adam really took the time to assess my abilities and the things that led up to these intolerable pains. Ongoing PT by myself is of course a large part of long term success...I am a restaurant worker and most of my issues are being improved by seeing Adam and Megan at their North location. I cannot emphasize enough that it has been Adam Kays whose brain must work differently than other people I have met in the same field. I feel his multi-disciplinary education and approach that has made all the difference in the ongoing quality of my life. Thank you all!

I went once and the Physical Therapist was nice and knowledgeable. But, the front desk took my co-pay and about 4-5 weeks later I got a bill saying I didn’t pay. Called and they said they fixed it and today almost 4 months after my visit I get another bill!!! The front desk WILL not help me and I must call their main billing office when they are open. I should not have to do this twice but they are threatening me with collections!!!
