I came in for one dry needling session with Jadyn to help with stubborn muscle tension, and I’m amazed at the results. The ALPT team was a great help! In just 3 weeks I noticed a difference in my range of motion and flexibility. They provided my additional exercises to do on my own, which helped speed up the process. Thank you Troy, Jadyn and Korrie!

Really great people here! Super professional and friendly environment and they had me feeling better faster than I thought was possible. They also gave me stretches to do at home and were very flexible with my tight work schedule. 100% would recommend to anyone going through car accident injuries.

I helped out here for a couple of weeks and i was very pleased by how friendly the environment was in there. Jaden and Troy always come in with a smile in their faces and puts a lot of effort into making everyone feel welcome. They are really great at what they do and I am extremely blessed to have spent my summer with them learning the ropes to physical therapy!

I didnt realize that I could choose my own PT! I went to build my strength and core. 4 Bypass 2 years ago and never really exercised my life so far. I was weak. I highly recommend Active Life Physical Therapy! Both Jaydn and Troy are great to work with. It's been 3 weeks and I'm experiencing improvement! You can too! LL

I had surgery on my right shoulder due to a decade long labrum tear and It was in a different time in my life too. But, not only have to been thriving, I also felt right at home! Although it's been some time since I've attended therapy, they have taught me how to properly take care and strengthen my shoulder and as a bonus, express genuine care towards others. I am extremely thankful I fell in the hands of Active Life! Thank you Jadyn and Troy!

Definitely the best PT in town. I got a lot of good workouts to fix my delt issue and they didn’t tell me that I needed 6 weeks of treatment. They were all around great.
