I was able to register online. The staff was knowledgeable and there was very little wait time.

Took a spill in my garage and sure I broke my nose. When I arrived no one else was there. Told receptionist what happened and asked to be seen about my nose. She said you need to go to the ER. I told her it wasn't bad enough for the ER and asked again to be seen again. She said you need to go to the ER. I told her if I thought it was bad enough I would have gone to the ER instead of urgent care. She just looked at me. I told her to tear up my paperwork and left. Since do receptionists do triage for the doctors. Will never go back again

I was sent for a pre employment drug screening, which is never a super exciting experience. However, the check in process was fast and friendly, I was seen very quickly, and felt like the staff that helped me was great!
