Can’t get scheduling to mk a follow up appointment after being seen at Urgent Care. Claimed the 2 messages I left at scheduling were never rcvd. Called after several times only to find out several days after the dr sent my referral over it took days to get it “ in the system”. And then was told my dr had to call back again to escalate my testing. Mind blowing lack of customer care… urgency doesn’t matter. Even drs within their own network get their patients seen!!
Long waiting time at the emergency room! Been waiting for 5 hours now! Slower than a clinic! Hopefully no one will show up with a serious medical need! I bet someone could die sitting in the waiting room!
Neglectful of patient needs. more worried about getting them discharged. Long term care is almost never addressed. Pathetic. Won't deal with hospital more than I have to unless the legality of their procedures proves to be a systematic issue at hand.
So far I have had 6 visits with Brik Thompson, my Doctor of Physical Therapy and I am seeing some positive results in the reduction of pain that I have had for over 2 years. I would have never guessed that exercises and stretches would do the trick. Hopefully this will mean NO surgery in the future. I would highly recommend that when you start this daily stretching, to continue it the rest of your life like I am going to do. I do endorse this facility and how Brik Thompson listens to all of your pain points and concerns and addresses them all.
This is my second visit for evaluation by Erin Cain, PT, DPT, CMPT. This College Point Rehab has “Top Notch” staff including Teri at the front desk with her warmth, compassion and welcoming smile (even exuded via her telephone interactions while scheduling). She is honestly even more outstanding in person. Erin helped me with healing momentum regarding an acute knee injury (on an already extremely deteriorated arthritic knee). She also remained an ongoing support the last few years in helping me find the right provider and/or surgical expertise. All the while she encouraged me not to settle, but to find a doctor who truly sees my strengths & motivation and could assist me toward improving my overall mobility. Erin goes above and beyond to provide safe and effective physical therapy at a level matching a patient’s abilities and potential. Her availability for consultation over the last several years has been life enhancing for me as were her treatment plans. She helped me have hope beyond “just getting by” each day. Erin believed in me and what I wanted for my personal life and all my goals including being able to participate with my family in activities and building memories (versus sitting on the sidelines in pain). Most recently, she helped me complete a physical capacity evaluation baseline prior to a surgical consult. This was a new assessment format, but she learned each requirement ahead of my visit and facilitated the entire thing within one session. I’m forever grateful to have found this rehab and the exceptional staff within! All of the Olathe Medical health services teams should model after their tremendous example of patient treatment and care.
Shridharani did my surgery in September all I can say is their staff is amazing. Shridharanidid an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of neck surgery. His bedside manner is beyond any of a Doctor. He is very compassionate and understanding of a patient's needs. I was highly impressed with Olathe overall and the staff.
The Doctors are always canceling appointments on me. Can’t get any help from anyone at this place, it’s all just excuses for the doctors.
I definitely enjoyed this hospital...The staff was all super nice, the doctors are nice...I love the privacy...I just love everything about this place...Thanks guys..You all really gave me the motivation and the love I needed🥰
We brought my daughter in to be seen and got the pleasure of meeting a dr in the cardiology dept that treated us very unprofessional. After many test including a two week heart monitor we reached out many times asking for results. No body answered the phone. Repeated messages with no call backs. Finally we reached out to our family physician for help. What makes me the most angry is a test was abnormal and it’s been 6 months and this unprofessional business didn’t even let us know!! We will not be back or ever recommend.
I waited from 12:45 until 4pm for a Covid test. Gardner family health care urgent care was slammed. When I finally got in I noticed how tired and busy they all were. I noticed how they took time to listen, question and check me out. I noticed how they were polite and friendly toward me. I noticed that they remembered seeing my infant grandson just a bit earlier and took the time to tell me he was a trooper and a doll. I noticed I was 1 person in a sea of people that they saw today. Good job, ladies! I know you are exhausted and overworked. Thank you for still showing up, caring and being courteous. Thank you for taking care of me, my family and my community. #nurses #physiciansassistant

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
