Where do I begin! Lindsay is an absolute star. I began seeing her halfway through my pregnancy for severe back and pelvic pain. My "baby" is now 15 months old and I am healthier than I could have imagined. We continued our work postpartum and she got me confident enough to get back into playing tennis and lifting weights without pain. Beyond the amazing outcomes, Lindsay makes the process comfortable and stress-free. She has taught me so much about how my body works—I continue to use her advice today.
