Dr. Grindal has a great demeanor and shows a definitive level of care. Even with stubborn and reoccurring issues, he continued to problem solve until a resolution was achieved. I fully trust Dr. Grindal and will happily continue schedule with him as my ENT.

Over the last 25+ years, I have been plagued with an acid reflux problem that has done serious damage to my vocal cords. I have consulted with 14 other ENTs, 11 speech pathologists, and 3 gastroenterologists and their staff. I have spent weeks in various therapy programs and years taking various meds to help. In one single-hour meeting with Dr. Grindal, I gleaned more useful information than from all of the other sources combined. He listened. He engaged. His staff tested. He reviewed. He advised. Dr. Grindal brainstormed with me to develop a plan that has reduced my meds and reduced my pain like nothing else anyone else has considered. I am grateful forever to Dr. Grindal and to the wise pulmonologist who begged me to see yet one more doctor.

I went to Topeka ENT for a second opinion. I was first given a very thorough audio test. . That in itself was very impressive as I had never been tested that extensively. I was somewhat concerned about the results but as Dr. Grindal reviewed the findings of the test with me he helped me to see a more positive side of the evaluation. His explanation was easy to understand AND he was unhurried in his manner, all of which made me feel very comfortable. I never felt pressure, I was given a couple of options. I would recommend Dr. Grindal as well as the staff. I have worked a number of years in dentistry and understand the importance of patient doctor/staff relationship. People are 90% more likely to trust your office when they hear about their experiences from a friend.

Dr. Grindal is friendly, seems thorough enough, and is quite professional. He seemed to take enough time to explain my condition and the procedure and the follow-up after my procedure. His office staff seems to be in step as well. TENT seems pretty well organized with its scheduling.

Don't go to Tyler Grindal if you have menaires disease. He's knows nothing about menaires because Tyler is an amateur.
